As a result of the Coronavirus outbreak, Interpage has re-allocated staffing and resources, and is offering certain services and products for free or at reduced cost to quailified medical research and similarly positioned organizations and entities which are engaged in active efforts to research, test, and produce vaccines and/or treatments for the disease.
Interpage Service Hours and After-Hours Service Contracts: Customer service hours remain the same, that is, Monday - Friday, from 9 AM to 5:30 PM Pacific Time, although hold times after 3 PM Pacific may be longer than usual.
Interpage's After-Hours Support will remain available 24-hours a day via e-mail or the Web-based contact page, and customers with after-hours telephone support contracts should continue to dial into their dedicated access number for after-hours support. After-hours Support Contract customers: Please do not e-mail support for a callback, as without your customer information and password we can not place an after-hours call back, and this may serve to delay response time.
Interpage's Coronavirus / Covid-19 response efforts to organizations which are currently involved in Coronavirus vaccine and/or treatment research include:
- Free/unlimited use of the OutFax e-mail to fax service
- Free/unlimited use of the OutVoice voice alert, broadcast, and dispatch service
- Reduced rate use of the SMS, Messaging, and Paging Gateway and associated messaging and notification products and services.
Interpage is also offering restaurants and food service providers who provide nearby hospitals, nursing homes, medical research facilities, and organizations combating the Coronavirus outbreak free use of the online order faxing InFax service to facilitate more rapid and accurate online ordering of take-out and delivery meals.
The above rate concessions are made solely at Interpage NSI's discretion, and are subject to Interpage's Fair Use and General Policies, and may be withdrawn at any time, and/or, we hope (sooner than later), as cures and vaccines become available.
Please contact Interpage via the Web-based contact page if you feel that your oganization may serve to benefit from any of the aforementioned free or reduced-rate services.
