Interpage (tm) WebReach (sm) Services

WebReach Services Overview

Interpage's WWW WebReach service allows a business or individual to automatically place one or more WWW "pages" on Interpage's server, which may then be viewed by the entirety of the Internet community. Besides offering a fully-featured WWW space to store and have others view your HTML pages, we go beyond traditional WWW server offerings in that we utilize Interpage's faxing and paging services to allow WebReach customers to be notified of inquiries, new customer orders, and/or callback requests immediately.

WebReach does NOT require the storage of WWW pages on Interpage's server: WebReach may be used with ANY current WWW server on any system, thus, anyone who has a WWW "page" may utilize WebReach. All we require is that in certain cases, if you intend to fax out graphic-based informational sheets, that you store such information on our server so that we can send out high-quality reproductions.

WebReach customers who do not rent HTML "space" for their pages on other systems may do so on ours at competitive rates, and benefit from our ability to allow instant and automatic user uploads and modifications to their WWW pages, 24 hours a day 365 days a year.

WebReach customers may place signup forms, customer question sheets, or any other form on Interpage's Web server. Interested parties may fill out a given form online, and when the form is completed, have it immediately faxed, e-mailed, and/or paged to the WebReach customer. As a result, order-taking becomes more streamlined, and customers receive a more timely response.

WebReach customers may also upload their literature, brochures, promotions, etc. to their Web pages. When a customer or interested party browses their Web pages, and sees some information which he or she would like faxed to them, Interpage will immediately send the customer the desired information via fax to whatever number the customer enters. WebReach customers may choose who can send faxes or exclude certain parties, decide where faxes can go (local, regional, national, Canada, or International), and set hours of the day during which you do not wish to receive faxes (such as during peak hours or late at night).

Additionally, WebReach customers who own pagers may elect to have an "Urgent" or "Callback" option. With this option, a customer or interested party who is browsing their Web pages may decide that he or she would like a callback, and will then be presented with the option of entering a phone number and/or additional text information (depending on whether the WebReach customer has an alpha or numeric pager). As soon as the customer completes the call-back message, it is instantly paged out to the WebReach customer's pager, who can then respond immediately.

WebReach customers may also elect to have domain registration provided through Interpage, thus providing a virtual presence on the net with a given firm's name. In effect, a company or individual may select "joe@company.com" to map to "http://www.interpage.net/joes-www-space". E-Mail processing in a similar manner, including WWW-based group mailing/faxing lists, is also available.

Interpage WebReach customers who maintain their WWW pages on Interpage's server may upload their HTML pages, plain text, and GIF/JPEG files via e-mail, and view them *immediately*. Changes may be made at will simply by sending a new mail message to our server with the HTML page, plain text, or image which needs to be uploaded.
